Over €1m worth of cigarettes seized in Mayo as garda investigation launched

Gardaí have seized more than €1m worth of cigarettes after searches in Mayo.

As part of ongoing investigations into organised criminal activity in the Mayo Division, officers carried out a search under warrant of a residential property in Castlebar on Saturday afternoon.
