The news the US Supreme Court struck down the bulk of President Donald Trump’s tariff agenda created a fresh bout of risk for markets and the global economy over the weekend. 

Predictably, investors have been doubling down on the recent ‘buy gold, sell dollar’ trade, as markets price in further uncertainty.
