Dublin firm, Davis Experience and Events has acquired Louth company Whitelight Events in a deal that will see the creation of 10 jobs over the next two years.

It is the first such acquisition by Davis as it eyes expansion and growth. The Davis team works with global brands and corporate clients, delivering hundreds of internal events each year. These include high-profile occasions including Culture Night and Ireland’s New Year’s Festivals.
